Why did Rabindranath Tagore say, “The burden of the self is lightened with I laugh at myself”?

I don’t know why… but I’ve to find at what kind of situation people feel like this.

The burden of the self is lightened with I laugh at myself.

The burden of the self is lightened with I laugh at myself.

The burden of the self is lightened with I laugh at myself.

The burden of the self is lightened with I laugh at myself.

The burden of the self is lightened with I laugh at myself.
